Azzuru Tournament - Omaha August 1st-3rd
This was the first time out for the Bayern U-11 girls. They came out strong and won the first 4 games played together making it to the championship game. They lost and finished second to a very strong and well respected club, Toro team. Fantastic start!
The Bayern U-9 girls stepped onto the field, knowing they had a challenge before them. They had to play in the U-10 bracket, giving up age and size, but not heart. They won 2 out of 3 games and made it to the semi-finals. We are all very proud of them!
Toyota MAG Soccer Tournament - Olathe August 30 & 31 Tournament Champions The Bayern U9 Blitz continued their winning ways with another tournament title. With a relentless defense that allowed only 3 points and a powerful offense that produced 22 points, the Blitz went undefeated in MAG tournament play. The girls played with heart. BLITZ utilized a balanced scoring attack, full field ball movement, and constant physical defensive pressure to bring home the gold. Congratulations, U9 BLITZ!
